no, i don't believe so.. when chevrolet started marketing to soccer moms and old people with cars that look quaint as camry's but just have v8's in em, it stopped being muscle, and started being a gimmick to buy their ugly ass car. same thing happened with the caprice, only that qualified as muscle when they put the LT1 in it, and made body changes to signify that is was for a different purpose than the grocery getter....this..no difference

thanks its always interesting to hear from people... as i see it muscle is american made car that they stuff the biggest engine possible between the fenderwells... any way you see it its a car designed for the enthusiast: HUD (also acts as a shift light), blistien schocks, staggered tire size (255's up front) c5 corvette brakes (crossdrilled and vented) G force meter, trans temp, TPMS, Tapshift, Alcoa forged wheels, traction control, and Stibility Management (both can be turned off) Let the angry posts begin

the car comes at best form (gxp) with a AUTOMATIC, it isn't offered with a manual just the retarded tap shift option.. (fun, but nothing like a manual) it makes 323 hp @ 4000 and 303ft lbs at 5000. decent for a sedan no doubt, probably quite the sleeper 0-60 in 5.7 and 1/4 mile in 14.3... but this is still slower than a 350z was.

so as far as american muscle..i'd say if this is muscle then my ladbirds are muscle too, but as far as an american sleeper much better nameplate. I also don't consider the charger r/t's muscle either though.

it is a nice car, hope you enjoy killing some rice with it. :)

Ive always liked those Grand Prix Pontiacs I dont see why people hate them there nice in my opinion
